Objective PCR Purification, see it in a gel. Purification Roche´s Kit(High pure PCR product purfication). Fulfilled 100μL: 45μL PCR Tube 2 45μL PCR Pablo´s extraction. 10μL PCR Tube 1 Gel Lane 1 Ruler Lane 2 Purified Tube Lane 3 Tube 1.(Not purified) As expected :). More concentrated and little bit cleaner.
