Transfromation

Plasmid purification

• Performed with miniprep from Miguel´s Lab.
• Cell grown up by 6 hours in LB with Km 30. 3 tubes with 5 mL and control.
  • 6 tubes with 2.5 mL each one. 6 tubes were mixed in one tube with 60μL TE-RNAse.

The purpose of this gel is to see concentration to cut plasmid and see if that is the correct plasmid.
