Objectives See gel of yesterday´s digestion with XbaI for plasmid pSB1AK3/BBa_B0015. Digestion´s gel Expected size ~3.4Kbp Lane 1 Ruler Lane 2 Linear Plasmid. Linear plasmid is between 6th & 7th size, this means that it is between 3.5 & 3Kbp. Is nearer to 3.5Kbp.
