Today Katie and Katrina completed the micropipetting lab on the pink set of pipettors. Andrew prepped total RNA and made liquid YEPD and YEPD+G418 plates. Andrew also went through and created non-normalized results files for all of the chips for deletion strains, did not do wild type yet. These files were copied onto all the students flash drives including the compiled, processed, and gex files I made this semester and also the Belle data. Defrosted freezer. Ordered from Amresco, Fisher, and Invitrogen. To Do
