KAH94/JDS48 BglII 3,4. KAH94/JDS49 BglII 5. KAH94 BglII 6. JDS48 BglII 7,8. KAH94/JDS48 PstI 9,10. KAH94/JDS49 PstI 11. KAH94 PstI 12. JDS48 PstI 15 μL/lane; 1% agarose DNA(plasmid) 2.0 μL 10X buffer 1.5 enzyme 1.0 dH2O 10.5   15 μL --> 37°C/ ~15 min. --> Clones were false positives. Discontinue building these constructs. Instead use miR sensing device separately from Joe's luciferase plasmid (will make stable lines).
