04/11/11 ✓ Luc assay: transfections from 4/09/11 ✓ RNA prep: remainder of transfected cells (Note: yield too low to make good cDNA; do RNA isolation on whole sample next time) Luc assay Resuspend cells in 1 mL growth medium (do not aspirate or add new med.) Collect 500 μL from each sample Use 3x 100 μL for Bright-Glo luc assays Use 25 μL cells (diluted in 75 μL DPBS) for cell counts (200 ng transfection samples only)
