01/24/11 ✓ Transfections: check RFP expression of Repressor-transfectants ✓ Cultures: thaw JDS33-47; mine 4/2010, and one from Joe 2/2010; use 20%FBS medium RFP expression > Saw same amount of RFP expression from all 6 plasmids > RFP from reverse constructs shows that polyA BioBrick works (or at least does not stop expression) > Continue with miR circuit consruction by placing CFP-Target genes in front of Repressors
