Last day before holidays


  • As I left my PCR running last night, today I ran a gel to check that the product was there:





  • The lanes were:


1. Ladder.

2. PCR product (luciferase with changed RBS).

3. Negative control.

4. Positive control.

  • I purified the product leaving a total of 50μl. Miguel will continue with the experiment.
