Just want your emission light and hush! Today, I re-plated the LRE transformation that Melvin did. LovTap and Lumazine grew just fine, so Claudia and Zepeda will continue to work on them. As my colony PCR was a fail, I decided to change the protocols and use the Endy colony PCR for the following cultures. Luciferase: 1, 4, 5, 6,and 7. Mutated luciferase: 1, 2, 5, 6, and 8.
