Objective To test the effects of microwave-assisted base hydrolysis to determine the concentration of free BSA in solution. Description Add 40 μL of BSA or AuNP solution (synthesized on 02/15/12)to 40 μL 4 M NaOH. Add 2μL 450 mM DTT. Heat in microwave for 1 min. Take UV-vis data. Data Graph of UV-vis data: Notes
