June 23rd, 2010 PCR with Rtth to amplify LuxAB from Vibrio fischeri's genomic DNA. Reaction 1 1μL template DNA 6μL Buffer3.3x 3μL Mg(Ac)2 4μL DNTPs 3μL Forward 3μL Reverse Reaction 2 10.5μL H2O 9μL Buffer3.3x 0.5μL Rtth Polymerase I prepared four tubes in order to get a higher amount of amplified DNA. Then I ran an agarose gel and it showed that the four tubes had successful reactions.
