Objective Prepare stock solutions of 2.9 mM Au and 17.7 μM BSA for future experiments. Description 40 mL of BSA Stock Solution (17.7 μM): Added 0.0472g BSA (66463 g/mole) to 40 mL H2O 20 mL of Au Stock Solution (2.9 mM): Added 0.01990g HAuCl4 (339.79 g/mole) to 20 mL H2O Data Notes Continued research into what dyes will be used for the tagging of lysine residues in the Au/BSA complex.
