I work in the Your Lab at XYZ University. I learned about OpenWetWare from from the synthetic biology home web, and I've joined because I am interested in synthetic biology.

Education

When I was 17(2001), I enter the JiangXi college of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine). In the college, I mainly studied some basic knowlege of traditional Chinese medicine, also I learned some knowledge of Western medicine.I studied there for 5 years. During these time, my greatest feeling that we people in China need science and we are lack for that, was come from the hospital where I have worked as a internship.I was shocked by patients' pain and thought in the hospital, and I thought deeply about those people and myself . I always believe we can do something to help them.In my opinion,as to myself, I'm not in a good university, I'm not a top student in China, and I do not know much of the morden medicine ang biology science, but I know what we need is something more important, it is the spirit to combat with the inequality and difficulty we face. So I made my decision, I want to be a graduate student, I think I should learn more scientific knowledge, and hope the knowledge I learned would be useful and helpful to the people around us. In 2006, I entered ShangHai JiaoTong University school of medicine. Now I'm studying in the school, my lab is ShangHai institute of traumatology and orthopaedics.I learned some basic technology of cell and molecular biology. Which is most important is that I'm very interested in biology science now. Here I made another decision that I want be a biologist. I think biologic technology will be the most useful arm we can use to combat with the prombles we (will)face. Only by biology technology can we have a beautiful and benign earth. I think Openwetware is a good website for us to learn and communicate, by all the members in the website, Openwetware will be an important source for biological study and research.

You may mail me by Openwetware. Thank you.
