Oligo design and order ABSTRACT Final design and revision of the oligos that amplify our parts. They must be ordered quickly! After a series of revisions, many oligos were poorly designed so Fibo corrected them and I helped him to do the final revision and order. The oligos were orderd today, we expect them to be ready next tuesday.
