Wash 3 x 5' Incubate in 0.6% Triton w/ PBS Wash 1x with PBS-T Mount Set up cross to re-introduce balancer for control cross FM7/Y; Sc/Cyo, 42D/CyoAg X HsFLP, MH107; mRFP, myb+, 42D/CyoAG Will collect non Sc, Bar-eyed males and females.
