Spermatogenesis

  • Heather performed the following on the dissected experimental and control testis:
  • Stain with anti-vis/achi 1:5000 O/N
  • Stain with goat anti-guinea pig 1:500 488 nm for 2 hrs
  • Stain with ADL67.10 anti-lamin from DSHB 1:150
  • Stain with goat anti-mouse 633nm 1:500 for 2 hrs.
  • Antibody dilutions were made in 2% NGS
  • Between each staining, testis were washed 5 x 10' in PBS-T
  • After wash, leave at 4C over weekend, mount on Monday.
