08-31-16 lab notebook Sample was made Myoglobin: 0.25mM Au, 12.5uM Myoglobin, 3mL total 225uL AgCl3 300uM 1M HCl 464uL Myoglobin 1871uL Water Ocean Optics scanned at 80C every 2 minutes for 3 hours There is a gap of time between 12:45-1:21 where no data was collected Observations The net absorbance increased over the three hour period The color of the solution changed from a dark orange color to a light purple color
