Kinetics experiment on Serratia Extracted 500ul of Serratia inoculum left overnight into 5ml of nutrient broth for regeneration Left the Serratia inoculums in the incubator for 4 hours Transferred 1000ul of Serratia inoculums into vials Centrifuged, washed and vortex 3 times with PBS and resuspended the pellet in 1000ul of PBS Used the UV spectrometer to measure the inoculum sample to 0.05 Performed kinetics experiment on Serratia, decreased the number of dilutions for each sample, using 50ul of Zhou’s AMP
