Steve Koch 16:49, 16 July 2009 (EDT): Beam may be way to large on detector? Focusing objective gives large sum signal. Also, there may be a problem with the imaging of the telescope: moving beam around seems to give a large signal.

Trying to figure out whether detector gives opposite signal than it used to. If so, I can just switch it in PhreshPhotonics math. When piezo goes to the right (positive voltage; positive frequency) I get a negative X signal. What did I get before?

  • looking at data file 021112/104.dat, it looks like I had a positive X mV for the VC stretching. To me, this implies that I need to flip it. Y is irrelevant, so I won't do anything.

  • Flipped X & Y via a negative PHRESH scale value. This seemed to work, as indicated by data file 16 (july 09 calibration)
  • Force clamp seems to work
