Summary

  • 24-wells (6x 750.000 cells per well)& 10cm dishes (8x 1000000 cells per plate) plated out (D9 P24)
    • probably too little cells on 24-wells due to miscalculation
  • Treated membrane with secondary antibody and obtained
    • a lot of unspecicific binding on membrane
