Aim
As an undergraduate researcher, I plan to study the intracellular trafficking of AAV2 by labeling it with chemical dyes and fluorescent proteins. Once a study of AAV2 has been completed, I will experiment with different serotypes of AAV. Hopefully this will extend into a broader study of various viruses and their methods of infection.
