  • Run OPD and H2O2 with HRP to get baseline (no gold)

  1. how to remove protein aggregation on the bottom of centrifuge tubes?
    1. change ionic strength of nanoparticles prior to centrifugation
  2. When HRP was added, the reaction was too fast to measure on UV/Vis
    1. Ran on ocean optics
