Steve Koch 17:20, 11 March 2009 (EDT):Are you missing a notebook entry where you attempt the genomic digestion / gel extraction for a second time? The reason I ask is because it seems like the next notebook entry is ligation, which wouldn't work, of course with no DNA, but I can't find the entry with the second genomic DNA digestion?
Anthony Salvagno 17:56, 11 March 2009 (EDT): Thanks for noticing. I am missing that page. I can't remember anything about that attempt. I also don't have any written stuff in my notebook 1.0 at Osleys. Strange.
