| My name is Bill Flanagan. I just started this week as a technical developer on OpenWetWare. I'm located in Cambridge at the MIT Department of Biology. I'm not a biologist and I don't intend to play one on the web. I look forward to learning how (you) biologists do your work. I intend to do as much as I can to translate what I learn into programs and systems that make OpenWetWare more useful to all of you.

| My background is working with online collaboration systems. I worked for Lotus as an architect on what now is IBM's "Software By Lotus" Lotus Notes.

| If you need to reach me, I'll be monitoring and updating the Software pages of OpenWetWare. My email address is still a work in progress. I'll get it out as soon as I have a permanent one from MIT.
