This is the model for Stephen's non-binary clock.
- I wasn't quite sure about the riboswitch bit hence the "dodgy bit". Biologists, is this representation of riboswitch correct? With JDesign, everything is presented as Protein products therefore I used two components to represent the two states of the bioswitch. Also please check the inhibition pathways.
