Today I'm doing this two ways with 10 samples. If this fails I will test out the thermocycler with Andy's equipment to see if everything is working ok on the PCR machine and then I will tone down the number of samples I do per experiment so I can try and narrow down what may be wrong. Of course that is if this experiment fails. Let's hope not.
