Friday 1/30 & Monday 2/2Oggie and Katy We came in today to remake the LB plates that were made incorrectly yesterday. We remade the LB medium with the agar in it, and then autoclaved the solution. Some plates contained ampicillin and some contained kanamycin. The plates with ampicillin however, were made incorrectly and will need to be redone. Oggie I came in on Monday and remade the ampicillin plates. | |
