Two bands for CerI were expected since there are two EcoRI sites in the synthase. EsaI 2 and 3 looked like they were successful; these bands are longer than the others—since part of EsaI appeared to be truncated last time, the shorter bands probably represent the truncated plasmid.
I will send the following plasmids out for sequencing:
Digest verification for senders that I mini-prepped yesterday looks promising:

Two bands for CerI were expected since there are two EcoRI sites in the synthase. EsaI 2 and 3 looked like they were successful; these bands are longer than the others—since part of EsaI appeared to be truncated last time, the shorter bands probably represent the truncated plasmid.
I will send the following plasmids out for sequencing:
EsaI 2, EsaI 3, CerI 2, LasI 3, BjaI 3, BjaI 4
