Miniprep
Miniprep'd all samples. Trained David and Jimmy Xu on this procedure. The shaker may have been turned off at some point after samples were placed in the incubator the prior night as it was off when I came in in the morning. No pipetting or procedural errors were noted. Jimmy left before training was completed (around column prep step).
