Overview

Plates were incubated at 37°C overnight, then colonies were counted.

KAH104 >100
pMaxGFP >500
KAH57 & KAH104 (BB cloning) >100
BB cloning control (digested KAH57) 0
neg control (water) 0

Looks like everything went as planned. Will start liquid cultures next week.
