Overview

Tried to make more of the HPK-CFP fragment by performing PCR on the gel extraction of previously amplified HPK-CFP. Results came out... interesting. Suspect that maybe the HPK-CFP fragment is the weak link in the LCR earlier this week.

Fragment should be approx. 2000bp in size... nothing there, just a smear.
