Goals

  • Replace medium in SKNSH T-75 flask
  • Replace medium in SKNSH 6-well plate
  • Passage U2OS from PS-3 to PS-4

Results/Conclusions

SKNSH cells were given fresh medium. U2OS cells passaged into a fresh T-75 flask and returned to the incubator.
