Autoscaling

  • Made a histogram comparing hits (number of target sites) to score when a filter of 100 or greater and a signal of 3 or greater was made
  • Discovered that the score when increased by only 10 dramatically cuts the amount of target sites that pass through the filter
  • Insert histogram for HepG2 hotspots here
