Entry title
July 8th, 2009 1. Check tony's plates. No apparent growth. Too little DNA? - Concentrations. via Qbit 35A = 23.6 ug/ml 139 = 122 ug/ml 49 = 100 ug/ml 186 = 104 ug/ml 213 = 128 ug/ml 236 = 116 ug/ml 346 = 129 ug/ml If we need 0.1 - 5 ug DNA/tube, our addition of 2 ul should have been enough, except for 35 (~0.2 ug DNA/each) - try adding 8 ul to each tube for transformations today? satoe recommended 5 ul. Seek advise after []'s are found. - will dilute paraoxan in Kron lab fumehood - transformations -OD of 0.34 @ 660 nm - use 8 ul of DNA End of the Day
