1. Check tony's plates. No apparent growth. Too little DNA?

- Concentrations. via Qbit

35A = 23.6 ug/ml

139 = 122 ug/ml

49 = 100 ug/ml

186 = 104 ug/ml

213 = 128 ug/ml

236 = 116 ug/ml

346 = 129 ug/ml

If we need 0.1 - 5 ug DNA/tube, our addition of 2 ul should have been enough, except for 35 (~0.2 ug DNA/each)

- try adding 8 ul to each tube for transformations today? satoe recommended 5 ul. Seek advise after []'s are found.

- will dilute paraoxan in Kron lab fumehood

- transformations

-OD of 0.34 @ 660 nm

- use 8 ul of DNA
