15.10.2009

1. To obtain large amounts of protein (EGF), again we prepared LB-Broth. 

250 ml LB+ Lard 1+ABC
  • This substance was put into shaker, 37 °C and 190 rpm. (Overnight incubation - 16 hours)

2. Collagen sponge wells were taken.

  • Keep the wells at -80 C at 24 hour.
  • Lyophilize the frozen solution.

3. Starting to preparation of gelatin sponge.
