PCR for panel 1 do-overs

  • One plate for CBA15 (40 individuals) run on GRAHAM54
  • One plate for CBA23/28 (10 columns) run on GRAHAM
  • Four cardboard boxes in -20 now contain all of the DNA extraction tubes from this project that I could find. (They are no longer in the plastic racks.)
  • New dilution made for BWP10 (01-06E), which is in the box with the seedling DNA
