Formamide plates

  • Prepped formamide plates for RUB101011 and RUB101012
  • Used leftover formamide mix from October 4 on the second half of RUB101012
  • Added 9 ul GS500 to each of three 1 mL tubes of formamide
  • 19 ul formamide mix + 1 ul diluted PCR product
  • Spun down plates and denatured them, then stored at 4 degrees C while waiting for sequencer batteries to be replaced.
