- Part I asked to show the alleles of the Green-2 Flower. The flower produced two types of alleles: Blue and Yellow. The difference in the DNA sequence can be seen in bp #79 and #80. #79 in the blue allele has a A and yellow has a G. #80 in the blue has a C and yellow has a G. The changes in these two bp also changes the amino acid sequence from tyrosine (blue) to tryptophan (yellow)
- All of the white alleles do not have the same sequences. in comparing the true white allele flower given in the greenhouse, they have the same DNA sequence. The white is probably more likely produced in because the amino acid sequence
