Are there any other prokaryotes besides bacteria?

Yes! Archaea and Bacteria are the two domains of prokaryotes. Relevant to our in class discussion, Algae are Eukaryotes, whereas cyanobacteria are bacteria, but confusingly commonly called blue-green algae.
