Objective

  • Make two new sets of AuNP's using the instructions found here, HERE.
  • Specifically we want to make catalase linked AuNP's and elastin AuNP's. For ratios listed below between 30:1 and 210:1

Next Day

  • Catalase linked AuNP's we're all red/purple for all ratios except ratio 30:1
  • Elastin linked AuNP's all made fibers. Low ratios had more red/purple fibers, while the higher ratios had darker fibers.
