Objective

Analysis and synthesis of more protein-AuNP materials. Each group will have a different task. Procedure

Synthesizing Lysozyme AuNP and Myoglobin AuNP Solutions with the following Au:protein ratio and a final gold concentration of 0.25 mM were made using the information in Figure 1: Gold to Lysozyme Ratio 30 50 70 90 110 130 150 170 190 210 Gold to Myoglobin Ratio 10 15 25 30 35 40 45 50 Make your stock solutions Make your samples in small test tubes and cap with aluminum foil Heat your samples at 80C for 4 hours
