8/31/2016 Lab Notebook

1. Sample was made:

  1. pH 4
    1. Myoglobin: 0.25mM Au, 12.5uM Myoglobin, 3mL total
      1. 225 uL AuCl3
      2. 300 uL 1M HCl
      3. 464 uL Myoglobin
      4. 1871 uL Water

2. Ocean Optics was run at 80C saving scans every 2 minutes for 3 hours.

  1. There is gap in time between 12:45 and 1:21 pm.
