The Daily Grind

  • Went to Vineland, picniced, and ate lots of stone fruit
  • Planted 10 Gaspe in Elora soil for seedling sterilization experiment (grow to 3 leaf tip stage and then go)
  • Planted some extra Atctl2 arabidopsis (SAIL) and sowed a few PopCTL1::GUS #20 lines.
  • Finished all the endophyte electroporations and am just waiting for them to grow on Kan R2A plates.
