The purpose of today's laboratory experiment is to synthesize gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) from bovine serum albumen (BSA), creating biomineralization of Gold Nano-Particles (AuNP's).
 


# Create a 10 mL aqueous mixture of both BSA (0.0015 - 0.015 mM) and HAuCl<sub>4</sub> (0.25 - 1.0 mM)

# Heat the mixture at 80°C for 4 hours in a water bath.
