Objective

  • Make 300mL GNPs
  • Make more dopamine
  • Test dopamine with HRP and hemoglobin
  • Make de-gassed buffer

Procedure

  • Make tubes with three dopamine solutions
  1. Gray (bad)
  2. Gray (bad)
  3. Purple (good)
  • Add HRP or hemoglobin to each tube
