Objective

To determine the ionic strength of 50 mM tris buffer (pH 10.1) on AuNP fibers.

Description

  1. Centrifuge fiber solution made on 03/27/12 at 4500 rpm for 45 minutes.
  2. Remove solution, leaving only supernatant.
  3. Add 5 mL 50 mM tris (pH 10.1).
  4. Centrifuge for 10 min at 13200 rpm.
  5. Take UV-vis data.
