In the previous two hours we analyzed our results from the gel electrophoresis, decided to run another PCR, and started preparations. Preparations were finished using the same concentrations in the PCR tubes, and inserted in the PCR machine. The part we did change was to extend the length of the last segment during the PCR running time to five minutes.
