Determining and Recreating Best Samples for TEM

  • 1)Methionine + NaOH (5mM)
  • 2)13mM Triethylamine and Methionine
  • 3)Triethylamine (14mM) and Cystine
  • 4)Methionine + NaOH (13mM)

To all samples:

  • 2mL 2.5mM Gold Solution
  • 2mL 250 μM Amino Acid Solution
  • 2mL Base

15 minutes in boiling water at 80 ℃
