- I am interested in understanding how mutations affect VHL protein expression and function. In that purpose, I am analysing mutation and the gene expression profiling in ccRCC tumor tissues from the Rennes Hospital clinical database. I am studying which isoforms of VHL are mainly expressed in the kidney tumor and which kind of mutations are associated.
