Project objectives

1. To conjugate folic acid,chlorambucil and graphene quantum dot onto amine-terminal ssDNA with specific sequence
2. To construct a DNA origami from the three functionalized ssDNA prepared in (1) and other 4 ssDNA with specific sequence under self-assembly condition
3. To characterize the morphology of the DNA origami by Atomic Force Microscope
4. To investigate cancer cell uptake efficiency of the origami using confocal fluorescent microscope
5. To evaluate the cytotoxicity of the functionalized nano-device by the MTT assay
